This Privacy Policy explains how Tideon ("Tideon", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the website tideon.io and the mobile applications and games we publish (together, the "Services").

1. Data we collect
1.1 Website
Our website does not require you to create an account and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your request. These logs are used solely to keep the site secure and operational.
1.2 Applications and games
Depending on the specific application or game, we may process:

We do not collect payment card details. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and we receive only a confirmation that a transaction occurred.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — providing the Services you have requested.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the Services secure, preventing abuse, and improving our products.
- Consent — where required, for example for optional analytics or marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain data by law.
3. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at maciejwalaszek@tideon.io and we will delete it.
4. Third-party services
We use a limited number of third-party providers to operate our Services. Where a given application uses such services, they may process data as independent controllers or as our processors, under their own privacy policies. These may include platform services provided by Apple and Google (app distribution, in-app purchases, crash reporting) and analytics or infrastructure providers. The specific providers used by an individual application are listed in that application's store listing and data safety declaration.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes. Account data is kept for as long as the account is active and deleted on request. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
